
1/2 c chicken broth
2 oz minced scallions
2 T soy sauce
1 t sherry
1 small garlic clove
1 t sugar
1/2 t ginger
dash pepper
8 oz cooked pork - 1-inch cubes
1 c cooked rice
Combine all but the pork and rice. Simmer 15 minutes. Turn off heat and add pork, stir well. Serve over rice.
