5 c frozen
shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cheddar or nacho cheese soup, undiluted
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
2 lbs ground beef
1 med onion, chopped
green olives, peppers, fungus, or the topping of your choice
1 can (15 oz) pizza sauce
4 cups shredded pizza cheese, divided
In a bowl, combine the potatoes, soup, egg, salt, and pepper. Spread misture into a greased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, cook the beef, onion, and toppings of choice (if it needs to be cooked) until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in pizza sauce; keep warm. Sprinkle 2 cups cheese over hot crust. Spread meat mixture over the top; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

1/2c chopped onion
1/2 head cabbage
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper or to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 can tomato soup
1 can water (or beef broth may be used)
1/3 c uncooked rice
Cut cabbage into chunks, place in casserole dish. Brown meat, onions, and spices together, drain. Mix in rice, soup, and water/broth.. Spread mixture over cabbage. Bake covered at 350 for one hour, stirring halfway through.
12 large cabbage leaves

1/4 c milk
1/4 c finely chopped onion
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 lb lean ground beef
1 c cooked rice
1 8-oz can tomato sauce
1 T brown sugar
1 T lemon juice
1 t worcestershire sauce
Immerse cabbage leaves in boiling water for about 3 minutes or until limp. Can also core the cabbage and quickly blanch the head to make the leaves easier to remove whole. Drain. Combine egg, milk, onion, salt, pepper, beef, and rice. Place about 1/4 c mixture in center of each leaf. Fold in sides and roll ends over meat. Place in a slow cooker. Combine tomato sauce, sugar, lemon, worcestershire sauce and pour over cabbage rolls. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours.
1/2 c chopped parsley
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1lb ground lamb or beef
1/2 c crumbled feta cheese
1/2 c pitted green olives, coarsely chopped
2 eggs
2 tbsp Tabil spice mixture (or 1 tsp dried oregano)
Combine all ingredients with your hands and shape into 16 meatballs. Place the meatballs about 2 inches apart on a baking sheet and broil about 3 inches away from the heat until browned on top. Turn over and broil on the other side.
Tabil Spice Mixture
1 1/2 tbsp caraway seeds
1/4 c coriander seeds
2 dried red chilis
Roast the spices in a dry frying pan over medium heat until fragrant. Cool and finely grind in a coffee grinder.

2 oz minced scallions
2 T soy sauce
1 t sherry
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 t sugar
1/2 t ginger

8 oz cooked pork - 1-inch cubes
1 c cooked rice
Combine all but the pork and rice. Simmer 15 minutes. Turn off heat and add pork, stir well. Serve over rice.

1 lb lean ground pork
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
3 c graham cracker crumbs
3 eggs, beaten
2 c milk
Sauce:
2 cans tomato soup
3/4 c vinegar
2 tsp dry mustard
1 1/8 c brown sugar
Combine ham, pork, beef, cracker crumbs, egg, and milk - mix well. Form into small loaves using a 1/2 c measure. Makes 25-30 loaves. May also be made into smaller balls. Combine the sauce ingredients and pour over loaves. Bake at 350 for one hour.

1 bottle Brooks tangy catsup
1 tbsp vinegar
1 onion, diced
1 can corned beef
1/4 c brown sugar
1 c water
3 tsp chili powder
Brown the hamburger and onion, drain. Add flour. Combine with remaining ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring often.

3 eggs
1/2 lb cooked bacon, crumbled
1/8 t pepper
1/4 t salt
1/2 t nutmeg
1 t chopped chives
8 oz shredded swiss cheese
Spread one egg white on bottom of unbaked pie shell and prick with fork. Slightly beat remaining eggs. Combine milk and spices, mix well. Place the bacon on the bottom of the pie crust, then the cheese. Pour the milk/egg mixture over the top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let cool 5 minutes before cutting.
Can substitute any meats/vegetables/cheeses you wish.
Toss 8 oz cooked egg noodles with butter. Spread on the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Rinse 1 bag of sauerkraut and spread over the noodles.
Crumble 1 can of corned beef and spread over sauerkraut.
Mix a small jar of Miracle Whip with milk til it is the consistency of thicker ranch dressing. Spread with a rubber spatula over the top of the corned beef.
Sprinkle on 2 cups of shredded swiss cheese.
Mix 1 cup crushed cornflakes with about 1/4 to 1/2 stick of butter until it makes a spreadable consistency, NOT as dry as graham cracker crust is. Spread on top of the swiss cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Combine, form into meatballs and cook in a skillet. Or buy your favorite pre-made meatballs.
Sauce
1 bottle Heinz Chili Sauce
1 chili sauce bottle (12 oz) of water
1 c brown sugar
1 c drained/rinsed sauerkraut
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
Simmer sauce ingredients together in a large skillet. Add meatballs, cover, and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes to an hour, stirring often.
