1/2 c ketchup
1/2 c lemon juice
1/2 c soy sauce
1/4 c honey
1 family-sized bag mini chicken drumettes
Mix all ingredients together and pour over wings. Marinate for 24 hours. Place in a single layer in a baking dish and bake at 275 for 2 hours (approx).
What I normally do is leave the marinade on for the first 1.5 hours, then drain the chicken leaving around 1/2 inch at most in the bottom of the pan. Put back in the oven and bake between 1 and 1.5 hours more to get them nice and browned.
1 (1 lb) pkg bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch cilantro, stems removed, chopped
3 green onions, finely chopped
2 cups Lite or Fat Free Miracle Whip
1-16 oz container lite sour cream
Mix all ingredients together. Chill.
1 c flour, sifted
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 10 oz pkg frozen corn, thawed
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp oil
Fill large skillet with shortening, heat to 365 degrees. Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Make a well in center, set aside. Drain corn, measure liquid. Add enough milk to make 1/2 c total liquid. Set aside. Chop corn, add eggs, oil, and milk. Add to dry mixture. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls into hot oil. Fry to a golden brown. Drain. Serve with jelly or preserves.
2 - 8oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 - 12oz bottle chili sauce
Chopped/cubed canadian bacon or ham or diced pepperoni
Chopped onion
Chopped green pepper
3/4 c mozarella cheese
3/4 c cheddar cheese
Spread cream cheese on a 12-in pizza pan or dish. Pour chili sauce on top. Add remaining items and serve with corn or tortilla chips.
3 c Bisquick
1 lb sausage
1/2 c milk
1/2 c parmesan cheese
1 tbsp italian seasonings
4 c shredded cheddar cheese
Mix everything together and roll into meatball-sized balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until somewhat browned on top. You'll have to practically chisel these from the pan - greasing it beforehand won't help either. Serve hot.

1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 - 16 oz containers sour cream
2 c millk

1/2 c celery, shopped
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, room temp

2 tbsp lemon juice

Combine all ingredients. Chill
2 pkgs Lil Smokies
2-3 lbs bacon, cut in half

Wrap each lil smokie with bacon and place in a 9x13 baking pan. When full, cover the wieners completely with brown sugar so that there is a layer of approx 1/2 inch on top. Bake at 350ยช for about an hour or until bubbly and all the sugar has completely melted. Serve with toothpicks.
